You’ll also get information on where and how to apply for our DIY credit repair program called REI Accelerator.

Let’s begin.

The goal in our REI Accelerator program is to transform your personal credit as well as your living situation so that you have a 680 credit score or higher in order to buy a multi-unit property that cash-flows.

The process to reach this goal is by mailing out dispute letters every 30 days to the three major credit bureaus: Equifax, Experian, and Transunion until the negative accounts are removed from your credit reports.

Negative accounts that can be removed from your credit reports are:

  • Collections
  • Charge offs
  • Judgements
  • Late pays
  • Medical bills
  • Repos
  • Bankruptcies
  • Late pays
  • Evictions

Once the negative accounts are removed from your credit reports, and you have a 680 credit score, you can then start building your credit score to a 720 and higher.

Within the REI Accelerator program, you’ll learn things like how to:

  • Download your credit reports
  • Draft dispute letters
  • Mail out dispute letters
  • Apply for a secured credit card
  • Pay down debt below 30%
  • Pay your bills on time
  • Increase your credit scores by 50, 100, or 200 points
